In “A Worn Path,” Phoenix has a memorable encounter and conversation with the hunter during her journey. Think about a conversation you have had that had a lasting impact on you. What was the conversation about, and how did it change your thinking, perspective, or actions?

 One conversation that I had that will affect me throughout my entire life is  when I had a talk about my financial profile. He taught me and still is how to build a portfolio that will be able to support me through my entire life and into retirement. This talk I had with him helps me see the value of money and what it can turn into with saving. This conversation I had with him was important to me and will effect me for the rest of my life.

Today in class we started the story "A Worn Path". It is a very interesting story that takes place in olden times.

I can reflect on this story by taking her will power and putting it into my life. She has a very strong will power to take the trip she did and I can apply this to my life.

 One experience in my life that made me come to realization how fast time really moves is when both of my sisters moved out of the house. They moved out of the house to get a greater education at college. After my older sister moved out time went by so fast and my other sister moved out as well. This experience made me realize how fast time really moves. I was from school today but I can’t reflect on this quote by living my life to the fullest and not letting time go to waste. I can reflect on this quote and include it in my life by living my life to the fullest. Time moves by very fast and in an instant I’ll be in college so I have to cherish the moments with my parents while I can.

Think about a house, building, or place that holds special memories for you. What does that place look like, what memories do you connect with it, and what does it represent to you?

 One building that holds special memories for me is my house that I have grown up in most of my life. We moved into my house when I was very young and I instantly fell in love with it. I watched my sisters grow up in it and had some good and bad memories in the house. But this house will always have a special place in my heart. My loving parents raised me and my sisters in this house and I will never forget it. Today in class we started the story "A Rose For Emily," and answered questions about it. I can reflect on this story by staying sentimental about where I reside or places to me that are special. Like my grandmas houses and friends cherishing memories in them.
